I don't know if you can see the cables. My monitor is crap. On the camera I could see it. But not here. Oh well. There are cables on it. Really. There are.

Oh, And As for the knitting issue I had, I decided to dig out my hubby's socks and finish them. I think they're about the same size now, all I need to do is split the ball in half and knit until I run out of yarn. :)
